QUESTIONS & ANSWERS：

Q1：What should you do when your battery case doesn't work several weeks later?

A1：The main reason is that there is dust on the charging connector and the charging port. Please clean them with the cotton swab dipped in alcohol. NOTICE: Both sides of the connector need cleaning. And please try again if the problem isn't solved.

Q2：Your phone keep showing 'This accessory may not be supported.‘ when you plugged the battery case?

A2：Please use an Apple-certified cable when charging your battery case or it may show the accessory is not compatible with the phone. (The original cable must be the best.)

IMPORTANT NOTE:
