QUICK EASY SETUP: This training Package includes 2 x TruVoice headsets, 1 x training Y cable and 1 x RJ9 Smart Bottom cable. Simply connect the headsets and smart cable to the training cable and the desk phone. Please use the headset button on the desk phone to receive and end calls.

IN LINE CALL CONTROL AND MUTE: The included Y cable gives the trainer full control during the call and allows them to mute the microphone of either the trainer or the trainee using the slider switch on the training cable. The Training Cable has an L and R switch and this switch decides which user (trainer) or (trainee) has their microphone muted.
COMPATABILITY: Our phone headset training solutions include a training Y splitter and a standard universal smart cable with a modular RJ9/RJ11 type plug which will connect and work in any desk phone with a standard modular type headset port. Is compatible with all major brands including Poly, Polycom, Cisco, Avaya, Mitel, Nortel, Shoretel, Yealink, Grandstream, ESI, Digium + Many More. This training solution will NOT connect or work with any phone that includes a 2.5mm / 3.5mm jack connection.
