The High Visibility, or High Viz Beetle is a great fly to throw for that surface bit. With the Neon Orange parachute, it is easy to spot in the water. A great summer pattern to cast when there isn't a hatch. Trout love hoppers and watching the take can be exciting. The foam body allows the fly to float high in the water and the large size makes it very easy to see in the water. This fly is best used in a dropper combination with a nymph or emerger pattern.
