  • Warm Tips: First, use a torque wrench to tighten the cutterhead fixing screws to 6 Newton-meters, ensuring that the axial clearance of the cutterhead is ≤0.05mm. Second, when the blade shows obvious wear or notches, rotate it to a new cutting edge; if all edges are worn, replace it with a spare blade, and it is recommended to clean the tool holder and apply anti-rust oil each time the blade is replaced. Third, lubricate the bearings with high-temperature grease every 100 hours of operation to extend their service life
