All backdrops will be sent by folded, as according to rules of post office, length of item cannot be more than 1.2 meters. So we have to send items by folded. Below are the ways to remove the creases: 1. Roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days, then it will be ok. 2. Hang it over several days, and use your hands to press the wrinkles/fold lines, or fold it to the opposite direction, usually the wrinkles will disappear. 3. Heat it with a steam iron on the back of item, then the backdrop will get smooth again.
