Dosage and usage:Consume 2-3 cups per day. To prepare it as a tea add 1-2 teaspoon (3-5g) of the herb into a tea infuser and boil it in 1 cup of water for 10 to 12 minutes. Add sweetening agents such as honey or stevia leaves accordingly.
