Hazmat flip placard meets DOT placarding specifications of 49 CFR § 172.519 for hazardous materials identification. Placards comply with ISO 9000 Green Initiative, California Buy Recycled program, and EPA Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) program.
Hazmat placard legends are screen printed with fade-resistant UV inks. Stainless steel reinforced quick-release clamps hold panels securely in place. J. J. Keller Dura-Clip fasteners stop clip arms from being dislodged. Clipped corners on top and bottom to accommodate roll-up door applications.
Back plate is made of .016" galvanized steel (30% post-consumer recycled content). Legends are made of .024" aluminum (75% post-consumer recycled content).
