  • Notes: 1. Correct Wiring- Ensure the thermistor and heater cartridge are connected properly . 2. Thermal Assembly- Tighten the heat break firmly against the heatsink to prevent heat creep. 3. Leak Test- After installation, heat the hotend and check for filament leaks (especially at the nozzle/heater block junction). 4. Firmware Settings- If the thermistor type differs from stock, update "THERMISTOR_ID" in Marlin firmware.
