This unit is a special instrument to evaluate the cracking resistance or peeling off from metal plate when the coating of color paint and related products is bent around the cylinder shaft under standard conditions.

Working principle:
Insert the test plate between the tie rod and the conical shaft, and clamp the lever with a splint, turn the shaft from front to back (to bend the test plate around the conical shaft), and measure it according to the crack position of the coating on the test plate its peeling properties.
