Special Features

  • 1. It is recommended to place the crucible in the oven at about 100 degrees for 120 minutes to remove moisture when first used.
  • 2. Corundum crucible can, acetylene gun or alcohol burner direct heating, avoid the heating of the crucible uneven breakage.
  • 3 crucible and heating body (such as: carbon tube, silicon molybdenum rod, heating wire) distance should be more than 2 cm.
  • 4. The bottom of the crucible should not come into direct contact with the bottom of the furnace as much as possible. It is recommended to use corundum pieces and other temperature-resistant objects to form a convective airflow at the top to extend the life of the crucible.
