For use in steam sterilizers 250°F-285°F (121°C-141°C). After steam sterilization, indicator will turn from non-visible to dark brown or black. If tape comes loose or fails to remain intact during processing, sterilization pack should be resealed with new tape then reprocessed. Minimum time and temperature to effect a change to dark: 10 minutes at 250°F/121°C.Unprocessed tape should be stored in 60°F-85°F (15°C-30°C) ambient room temperature.
