The Premier FL-5000 series access door can be used on any flush surface. Easily installs in walls or ceilings to give access to plumbing or wiring. Features include, concealed hinge, 1 inch wide outer flange with 1-1/4 inch deep mounting

The rough opening in the wall should be 16-3/8" x 16-3/8"
