  • FKM/Viton o-rings are an affordable replacement to the OEM o-rings. They are compatible with your typical spray medias, ethylene glycol, etc. They will swell if soaking/cleaning in NMP/paint thinner for extended periods. However, that is generally a good time to replace o-rings anyway, as those compounds will break down the OEM o-ring material as well (although more slowly).

Keep your sprayer in top shape with Captain O-Ring's replacement 2x 246355 O-Ring Kit for Graco Fusion AP (2 Sets). This kit contains all of the o-rings needed to rebuild the Graco Fusion Air Purge two entire times. Contains the following quantities and part numbers:
(10) 246354, (4) 248128, (4) 248129, (8) 248130, (2) 248131, (2) 248134, (2) 248132, (2) 248136, (4) 248133, (2) 248135 FKM/Viton o-rings, and (2) 248137 PTFE/Teflon O-Rings
The use of FKM/Viton o-rings in this kit allows for an affordable rebuild option compared to OEM replacements. Viton is compatible with your typical spray medias, polyurethane foam, ethylene glycol, etc. However, it will swell if soaked in NMP/paint thinner for extended periods. That is generally a good time to replace o-rings anyway, as those compounds do break down the OEM o-ring material as well (just more slowly).
