Special Features

  • AT516 DC Resistance Tester is a benchtop instrument with fully automated real-time detection controlled by a high-performance ARM microprocessor.
  • AT516 Micro Ohm Meter Tester has an accuracy of 0.05% and a measurement range of 1μΩ~20MΩ. The resistance value is displayed in 5 bits with 30000 readings and a maximum sampling speed of 7ms. The instrument has built-in temperature compensation interface to compensate for errors due to temperature.
  • AT516 DC Resistance Tester has built-in 14-step comparator output, which can set 10 qualified files, and all the comparator results can be output through the Handler interface.
  • The instrument comes standard with RS-232 interface, using SCPI (Standard Command for Programmable Instrument standard command set) and Modbus protocol applied to automatic sorting system to complete automatic pipeline test. Communicate with computer, PLC or WINCE device to efficiently perform data acquisition functions.
  • Temperature compensation function.
