This plate-loaded lat tower delivers serious upper-body training with both a lat pulldown and low row station. With 13" of loadable sleeve length and a 400 LB weight capacity, it supports pulldowns, bent-over rows, seated rows, and more. This tower comes with a lat bar, low row handle, and thigh pads with four adjustable positions so you can lock in and stay comfortable through every rep.

Built to withstand a lifetime of intense workouts, this powder-coated steel lat tower is reinforced for stability and can be bolted down for even more security. We recommend bolting your lat tower to the floor before performing upright cable rows.
