PURPOSE:
Demonstrated in the middle school physics teaching the Oersted experiment, namely the magnetic field and electric induction of electric current.
The square coil is composed of wires, coil formers and wiring forks.
HOW TO USE:
Place the magnetic needle on the plane, and place the square coil on the magnetic needle. Use the square bracket to fix the square coil and adjust the distance from the magnetic needle. Then connect the DC low-voltage power supply to the terminal and turn on the power supply. The magnetic needle will deflect.
Cut off the power and the magnetic needle returns to its original position. Experiments show that there is a magnetic field around the energized wire, just like a magnet. The magnetic needle is deflected by the magnetic field generated by the current.
MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION:
1. Do not bump or press hard to prevent damage to the instrument and affect the experimental results.
2. Effective environmental conditions: relative humidity is not more than 80% (40°C) and avoid close to corrosive substances, store in a ventilated and dry place.
