Cupric Nitrate is a bluish-green, odorless crystalline (sand- like) material. It is used in ceramics, pyrotechnics, electronics, electroplating, insecticides, textile dyeing, pharmaceuticals, and light-sensitive papers. Patination material that gives you a range of greens, olives, browns, black, turquoise and yellow-greens on many metals because it is a surface finish. It is quite adhesive and controllable.
