Special Features

Description

Sasa Demarles Mini-Half Spheres Flexipan is made from fat-reducing silicone and fiber mesh creating a fantastic baking mold. This Flexipan makes 22 tiny half sphere indents each with a 0.2 oz. capacity, the entire Flexipan measures 13" x 18". Each Indent was designed with a smooth curved surface producing an elegant rounded shape. Flexipans silicone and fiber mesh construction has a temperature resistance between -40 °F to 500 °F, allowing the baking mold to be used in the freezer, oven, microwave and fridge. Sasa Demarle has been awarded certifications from the NSF, FDA and is kosher, insuring safety and quality design. Flexipan conforms to European, French and United State silicone regulations. The Mini-Half Spheres Flexipan is an excellent baking mold for residential and commercial kitchens, we recommend this product to pastry chefs lacking a silicone non-stick pyramid baking mold.
