  • Thermal Shock Behaviour: Temperature change rate should not exceed 150 °C/H.
  • Maximum Temperature of use without load: 1750°C.
  • Alumina High Form Crucible tested for Ultra High Vacuum Compatibility.

Description

Made of 99.7%-pure aluminum oxide. Highly resistant to alkalis and other fluxes. Highly refractory and inert in hydrogen and carbonaceous atmospheres. Suitable for glass melting, including borosilicate glass. Limit of use: 1750[degree]C.
