HY:8829: converts International Standard (51mm E-E tabs) rear mounts to Hayes Direct Mount (22mm threaded holes). Requires use of Hayes 22mm Direct Mount caliper (no longer in production). 'Smart' part number is Hayes ID stamped/cast into adapter bracket (sometimes in conjuction with a leading 74and/or a trailing letter).
