Design: Portable anti-skid tester is equipped with T-shaped legs, leveling line, and bubbles, for stable and accurate measurement. The cantilever switch keeps the pendulum level, ensuring precise release and obtaining consistent results.
The Steering System: The steering system includes a fastening handle, a swing shaft, a steering knuckle, and bearings to achieve smooth and free pendulum motion. Precision designed rubber sheet (76mm, 25.4mm, 6.35mm) for precise road friction testing.
Note: A flat area exceeding 150mm in length and 100mm in width is required to ensure accurate and undisturbed measurements. The testing area must have no uneven surfaces to maintain accuracy within the sliding range of the rubber sheet. To achieve the best test results, select 5 test points along the left wheelbase direction in the driving direction, with intervals of 5-10m.
