Our Waverly mandolin endpin in ebony with pearl dot inlay is individually lathe-turned to vintage dimensions as specified by our own Don MacRostie, renowned mandolin maker and designer of some of our Mandolin and Banjo Kits.
The 3/4"-long (19.05mm) shaft has a 2-degree taper, from approximately .350" to .315" (8.89mm to 8.00mm) diameters.
We recommend a standard peghole reamer for installation.
