Description

SSS 1863 is premium phlogopite mica with a metal reinforced perforated Stainless steel core. This provides good recovery properties and load retention, for long-term sealing ability and also improved pressure resistance. Typical physical properties include: compressibility - ASTM F36 of 10 - 40 percent, recovery - ASTM F36 of 10 percent, and a tensile strength - ASTM F38 of 5000 psi. TF1863.12512X12
