Williams Pinball Flipper Replacement Coil- Don't settle for less! Our coils are superior because they meet the original manufacturer's specifications. We put tape insulation between the windings and cover the crossover wires to prevent short circuits and potential failure that can damage the circuit upstream from the coil. Most other manufacturers leave out the insulation between the windings, in order to save money and labor (and rely on the wire insulation to protect the coil). We also take care to leave room on the terminal for wire to be mechanically connected as well as soldered. As far as the solder, we use ROHS compliant solder that does not use lead. These coils are Made in the U.S.A., in a factory with qualified technicians, not in the basement of someone's home.
