  • HIGH QUALITY: Featuring clear, interlocking mushroom-shaped heads with a density of 250 stems per square inch, this fastener offers strong, reliable, and durable fastening that can be repeatedly opened and closed. The clear acrylic foam tape adheres well to a range of substrates including metals, acrylics, polycarbonate, and ABS. It secures with an audible snap and has a temperature resistance of up to 220°F (104°C).
  • APPLICATION: The SJ3560 Dual Lock Mushroom Fastener uses acrylic adhesive to bond to high-surface-energy materials like plastics, metals, glass, and lacquered surfaces. It allows for quick and easy installation without mechanical mounting. Once bonded, the interlocked mushroom stems can be fixed in place and easily detached as needed.
  • INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL: At room temperature, the fastener reaches approximately 50% of its ultimate strength after 20 minutes, 90% after 24 hours, and 100% after 72 hours. To remove, spray alcohol on the tape to make peeling off easier. Ensure the bonding surface is clean and avoid touching the adhesive layer before application to prevent peeling.
