HIGH QUALITY: Featuring black interlocking mushroom-shaped heads with 250 stems per square inch, this fastener delivers strong, reliable, and durable fastening. The white acrylic foam tape adheres well to various materials, including metals and plastics like acrylics, polycarbonate, and ABS. It secures with an audible snap and withstands temperatures up to 200°F (93°C).
APPLICATION: SJ3550's acrylic adhesive bonds effectively to high surface energy materials such as certain plastics, metals, glass, and lacquered surfaces. It enables quick installation without mechanical tools. Once bonded, the interlocking mushroom stems provide a secure hold but can be easily separated if needed.
INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL: At room temperature, this fastener reaches about 50% of its ultimate strength in 20 minutes, 90% in 24 hours, and full strength in 72 hours. To remove, apply alcohol to the tape for easy peeling. Ensure the surface is clean and avoid touching the adhesive to maintain optimal bonding strength.
