The instrument has an accuracy of 0.05% and a measurement range of 1μΩ to 2MΩ. Resistance values are displayed in 6 digits, with 200,000 readings, and a measurement speed of up to 60 times per second. The instrument has a built-in temperature compensation interface to compensate for errors caused by room temperature.
The instrument has a built-in 10-level comparator output, which can be set to 6 pass levels, and all comparator results can be output via the Handler interface.
The instrument comes standard with an RS-232 interface and uses SCPI (Standard Command for Programmable Instrument) and Modbus RTU protocols to communicate with computers, PLCs, or WINCE devices, efficiently performing remote control and data acquisition functions.
The instrument comes standard with a USB interface, which simplifies communication between the computer and the instrument. The instrument comes standard with an RS-485 interface that supports the Modbus RTU protocol, making it very convenient to communicate with PLCs. Newly added poor contact detection function.
