1, reset hoverboard to Product factory status(please see the card in package about how to reset).
2, contact seller to request new charger.(within warranty time)
3, contact seller to exchange new one. (within warranty time)
4, use different smartphone to test, find pair and connect Bluetooth.
5, make sure adjust sound volume, not 0.
6, if receive damage. contact seller and provide broken picture to exchange(within warranty time)
