Axle cap is reverse threaded, bolt is standard threaded.Fits vintage Lefty hubs, Lefty SL hubs, and Lefty 50 hubs including Lefty Oliver. Will not correctly fit SuperMax, Lefty 2.0, Lefty 60, or Lefty Olaf hubs.Cap fits using standard cassette tool. Bolt takes 5mm hex wrench.Kit includes one alloy cap, one alloy bolt, and one inner bearing seal.
