Description

The SN74HC02 devices contain four independent 2-input NOR gates. They perform the Boolean function Y = A + B or Y = A B in positive logic.

The SN74HC02 devices are quad 2-input NOR gates. These devices are members of the High-Speed CMOS (HC) logic family. The HC family of logic is optimized to operate with a 5-V supply, is low noise without characteristic overshoot and undershoot, has low power consumption, small propagation delay, balanced propagation delay and transition times, and operates over a wide temperature range.

The SN74HC02 device uses CMOS technology and has balanced output drive.
