  • Please check whether thThermocouple needs to be equipped with thermocouple ceramic cover, which must be installed in place, otherwise the thermocouple will burn itself in a short time.e accessories you need match.
  • The Thermocouple is the device that monitors the fire after start-up. Once it reaches temperature the thermocouple allows the stove to start feeding on it's own in normal operation mode. If your stove goes out after the initial start-up cycle, more than likely the thermocouple needs to be inspected or replaced.
  • NOTE: The thermocouple is made up of two dissimilar metals that when joined together will produce a small amount of electricity when heat is applied. The hotter the fire the higher the voltage produced; topping out at 30 millivolts (DC) while the stove isburning on high.
  • The function of the thermocouple is to sense the temperature in the fire pot; if the thermocouple is fractured, it will not produce voltage
  • The thermocouple is the device that rests over the burn pot & monitors the fire after start-up. Once it reaches temp the thermocouple allows the stove to start feeding on it's own in normal operation mode.
