  • Efficient Insulation Design:The oven features an 80mm thick fiberglass insulation material that effectively reduces heat loss and enhances energy efficiency. Even after prolonged operation, the outer wall remains cool, ensuring safe operation while maximizing drying efficiency.
  • Flexible Drying Capability:Equipped with 48 stainless steel trays, each measuring 640mm × 460mm × 45mm, this oven can simultaneously handle a large quantity of materials to meet the demands of large-scale production. The adjustable temperature range of 50°C to 100°C accommodates various processing requirements.
  • Powerful Energy-Efficient Fan:The oven is fitted with an energy-efficient axial flow fan (0.45kW), which effectively achieves heat circulation, ensuring even heating and reducing drying time. This significantly enhances production efficiency and helps you save on energy costs.
  • Intelligent Automatic Control System:Equipped with a digital temperature display automatic controller for real-time monitoring and adjustment, the heating source uses a 15kW electric heating tube to provide precise temperature control, simplifying the operating process and ensuring consistent drying results each time.
