Big Block Oil Filter Insert Adapter BBF 429 460 385 series 400M for Ford

Tech Tip: Unlike the oddball 11mm Allen wrench the Ford part requires for installation, ours is 1/2" hex.
Simply use a 1/2" bolt (like an intake bolt off of almost every Small Block for Ford), thread a nut onto it, and turn it in with a 1/2" wrench.

This listing is for Ford BIG BLOCK Oil Filter insert. This is for the 385 series engines (460, etc).
This part does NOT FIT FE series big block Ford engines such as the 390 and 427.

This item threads into the engine block, and the oil filter then threads onto it. These are perfect for replacing damaged units, or deleting an oil cooler.
