  • Features 4140 chromoly steel bars for a higher tensile strenth and more durability. Ships as a complete set, fully assembled and ready to install.
  • Joints fitted with neoprene CV boots for flexibility and resistance to hot/cold temperatures. Utilizes high-performance moly grease for protection against the environment and to keep vital components lubricated.
  • Replaces OEM # 1380234, 1380197, 1380240. Compressed length: fronts- 523, rears- 549, Inboard splines: front- 22, rears- 36, Outboard splines: fronts- 20, rears- 26.
  • Warranty: 2 Years (excluding torn boots & use on lifted vehicles). Lift kit voids warranty, parts are not designed to be used on modified suspensions.

This set of new CV axles will fit the following Polaris ATVs: 2005 Sportsman 400 4x4, 2006 Sportsman 450 4x4, 2005-2006 Sportsman 500 HO 4x4, 2005 Sportsman 600 4x4, 2005-2006 Sportsman 700 4x4, 2005-2006 Sportsman 800 4x4, 2005-2006 Sportsman MV7 4x4 * Axles features stronger than OEM chromoly forged steel axle bars * Greased with a moly based grease to provide superior joint lubrication * Fitted with neoprene boots for added wear and puncture resistance * Compressed Length: fronts- 523, rears- 549, inobard Splines: front- 22, rears- 36, outboard Splines: fronts- 20, rears- 26 * Replaces Polaris OE # 1380234, 1380197, 1380240.
