Special Features

  • First high temperature clear coat to maintain gloss in under the hood applications.
  • Rated to 2000 degrees F (1090 C) ambient, 1200 degrees F (650 C) substrate surface temperature, providing outstanding corrosion resistance. Also lowers under-hood temperatures by over 40%.
  • ZyClear provides heat dissipation performance lowering under-hood temperatures and prevents discoloration of stainless steel & titanium. ZyClear can be applied as a stand alone coating on stainless steel, titanium, powder coat, cast, aluminum, mild steel, chrome, polished and many other metal surfaces.
  • Apply with lint free wipes, 6-10 microns thickness, less than 0.15 mils, and air cure at room temperature for 60 minutes.
  • Over 23 square feet of surface coverage per fluid ounce.
