Reinforced Vinyl Steering Wheel Covers fit over standard steering wheels and feature a lockout message "Caution - This Vehicle is Being Serviced, Do Not Attempt to Drive" preventing use of the vehicle. Covers with a top back pocket are made of thick vinyl with reinforced stitching all over the edge. Just slip this on top of a steering wheel and use a hasp and padlock to completely lock the steering for use.
