INA Fead Tool Kit - The KITs includes: Tensioner pulley, idler pulley, ribbed V-belts and a diagram of the vehicle-specific belt routing. In addition, other spare parts such as an OAP, water pump and other accessories are included in the KIT as required.
Bearing - All the components in the INA FEAD kit are available individually as well. Schaeffler single-row ball bearing & double-row ball bearing for high load and/or high speed applications are manufactured in our in-house manufacturing unit.
Overrunning Alternator Pulley – OAP reduces the critical impact of the alternator inertia, crankshaft irregularities, gearbox dynamics (gear shift) on the accessory drive. It also improves the NVH performance and robustness of the FEAD components.
Tensioner and Idler Pulleys - We offer steel and plastic idlers and tensioner pulleys for all configurations. Our range includes Mechanical Belt Tensioner Units, Hydraulic Belt Tensioner Units, Pressure Relief Valves, Ring Tensioner, Plastic and Steel Pulleys, and more.
Other Decoupling Solutions - The Alternator Pulley Decoupler improves decoupling function at alternator, and the Crank Pulley Decoupler works as a decoupler for the whole FEAD. Our car tool kit is tailor-made for your vehicle.
