  • Installing this kit is very simple. Just remove one bolt at a time and replace it with the correct bolt and washer from the kit and tighten. All component kits are separated and clearly marked as to where they go.
  • For ease of installation, our ATC250R kit includes packaged and labeled component kits for the following: Right Case Cover, Water Pump Cover, Left Case Cover, Crankcase, Head & Cylinder, Reed Cage/Intake, Exhaust Flange, Sprocket Cover
  • These fasteners have been through our polishing process. We also use our custom made in the USA washers with all our fasteners we send.
  • ANTI-SEIZE HAS TO BE USED WITH ALL NYLON NUTS AND LARGE DIAMETER BOLTS TO PREVENT GAULING.
