Product Description
A710C-W electromagnetic actuator adopts the principle of proportional electromagnet, and the motion stroke is linearly controlled by the current.
It is characterized by small volume, high sensitivity, reliable performance and maintenance-free. Electromagnetic actuator and injection pump adopt built-in installation.
It can replace the traditional mechanical governor, used to improve the speed indicator of diesel engine and realize the automatic control of engine.
It is suitable for PL, BQ, BM pumps below 4 cylinders.
Product installation sequence
. Remove the mechanical governor from the diesel engine oil pump, and pay attention to the protection of the oil pump rack when removing it;
. Connect the middle plate of the actuator to the end face of the oil pump, use gasket sealing on the docking surface, and make sure the connecting screws are fastened reliably;
. Connect the actuator rack connecting rod to the oil pump rack and use R-type pin for safety;
. Connect the actuator correspondingly to the intermediate plate, the actuator and the intermediate plate are sealed with gaskets to ensure that the connecting screws are tight and reliable;
. Check that the change from zero position to maximum oil supply position should be flexible and free from jamming.
