One way to identify if you have a 58x Tooth wheel is to check your crankshaft sensor. The 58x uses a grey sensor. If this sensor is black you will have a 24x Ring. This sensor is located at the back of the block, near the oil pan, on the passenger side of the engine, just above the starter.
