Special Features

  • The SPR-5-DFC is a Self-Piercing Rivet Gun System featuring a Digital Force Control system and quick-change arms.
  • The Digital Force Control System consists of an LCD screen which displays set and actual pressures with a maximum of 80kN.
  • Included with the SPR-5-DFC is the standard 40mm arm. The 130mm and 220mm extension arms are available for purchase separately.
  • Quick-change extension arms allow for access to hard-to-reach areas. These arms are held in place with a pin and can be changed in a matter of about 5 seconds.
  • Also included with the SPR-5-DFC is a threadless die kit. This kit consists of sets of 3mm and 5mm SPR dies with magnetic rivet holders, 3mm and 5mm Rivet Removal dies, 6mm Punching dies for Flow Form Rivets, Semi-Hollow Rivet Planting dies, Countersunk FFR Rivet Planting dies, Flattening dies, and Extension adapter.
  • Also included is 2 18V Li-ion rechargeable batteries, charging station and shoulder strap.
