If you're in between sizes, it's better to go up a size as these follow true European sizing which may fit a bit shorter/narrower than similar US brands. For example, size 44 in the popular US clog brands is equivalent to size 45 in our clogs.
Properly fitted clogs should allow the width of a pinky finger between your heel and the back of the clog. Make sure your heel moves up and down freely when walking without rubbing on the back of the clog
