The sleeve is exact and the washers are a size so that they don't bind the sleeve. You cant just use any old washer - they have to be sized to the sleeve for all to work. If you use a washer will bind or work the bolt free until falls out. This is exact inline tube reproduction - is the correct size shape - is impossible to tell from original.
