Roll of transparent colored plastic tape. Often used for color coding and optical applications. Similar to cellophane but thicker. There is a paper release liner on the adhesive side, whiich is removed during application. Repositionable adhesive allows moving the tape, adhesive bond becomes more permenant in a day or two.
