MAGUS Bio V300 is an inverted biological microscope for examining samples in laboratory utensils with a height of up to 70 mm and a base thickness of up to 1.2 mm. Objects of examination can be cell colonies, tissue cultures, biological fluids, etc. The patterns do not require mandatory pre-dyeing. The observations are carried out in transmitted light. Microscopy techniques: bright field and phase contrast. The microscope is suitable for routine work, research and teaching. The microscope is equipped with a classic trinocular head, the trinocular tube is used to mount a digital camera. The camera is not included in the set. The beam division is 50/50. Four included or additional lenses can be mounted in the rotating nosepiece. All lenses are designed for use with laboratory equipment and have a large working distance. There are 3 planachromatic lenses for the bright field and 1 planachromatic lens for phase contrast technology. The transmitted light source is a 9 W LED.
