Special Features

  • The radiator pressure tester pressurize on the reservoir/cap, and watch for pointer drop over time to confirm system leak down. Large pump capacity reduces strokes required to pressurize cooling systems, also prevents air pockets that can lead to hot spots in the cooling system.
  • Radiator pressure test tool uses aluminum pump cylinder rather than plastic one, 21" rubber nylon resin hoses, brass fittings, solid and durable. 3" large dial gauge with index range 0 to 35psi (0 to 2.5bar), easy to observe. Stainless steel thermometer with index range 0 to 200℃ (32 to 400℉)
  • Equipped with 10 specific aluminum adapters, solid and durable. Suitable for most domestic and import vehicles. Applications: Mercedes Benz, Jeep, Peugeot, Subaru, Chrysler, Acura, Audi, etc. All these adapters are color coded, number marked and placed exclusively, can be easily selected according to the marked number in instruction, convenient and no confusion.

  • LESS THAN 10min OPERATION: Remove the original radiator cap, choose an available radiator cap and install it on radiator opening. Work the handpump till the pressure up to 10-15psi (Avoid up to 35psi). Check the gauge reading, if the reading drops, it means that there is leakage might occur in radiator. Please inspect the radiator system and repair it if necessary.
