Relative humidity: 0-95%
Vibration: 25 HZ 2 mm
2. Power
Working voltage: 24 ±6 V DC
Grounding method: negative grounding (body)
Large use current: 2.5A, 24V
3044195 use settings:
Idle Speed Potentiometer (IDLE SPD): Idle speed is 600-800 rpm, clockwise rotation is for increasing speed, reverse rotation is for decreasing speed.
Running potentiometer (RUN SPD): running no-load is generally 1515 rpm (50.5Hz), rated load 1500 rpm (50.0Hz).
Gain potentiometer (GAIN): The forward rotation response is fast, and the reverse rotation stability is good. It is generally at 5-7 grids.
Speed regulating potentiometer (DROOP): reverse rotation is small (hard), and forward rotation is large (soft). The small machine can be harder, but the big machine should be softer. It is usually at 0-1.5 grid.
Note: If the engine is unstable after gain adjustment, troubleshoot the issue of the actuator.
1. The idle speed adjustment potentiometer is a potentiometer that can be turned 20 times to adjust the idle speed: turning clockwise will increase the idle speed.
2. The high-speed adjustment potentiometer is a potentiometer that can be turned 20 times to adjust the required speed of the empty car. Turning clockwise will increase the speed of the empty car.
3. The gain adjustment potentiometer is a potentiometer that rotates once, which is used to adjust the sensitivity of the speed regulator. The clockwise rotation of the potentiometer reacts quickly to the load.
Fourth, the speed drop adjustment potentiometer is a potentiometer that rotates once, which can be adjusted from 0% (synchronous) to 5% of the speed drop. Turning it counterclockwise will reduce the speed drop:
1. Turning counterclockwise to the end means synchronous operation;
2. Turn the potentiometer to 50 to get a 3% speed drop;
3. Turn the potenti
