Many other aftermarket horn kits utilize standard sized universal aftermarket switches that do not match the size of the rocker switches found on this machine.
Thus many aftermarket rocker switches do not fit or match the OEM switches and knockouts in the dash.
Problem solved! This kit utilizes a matching OEM sized rocker switch.
Simply punch out an OEM dash knockout and snap this switch into place.
Rocker switch comes with a custom prewired harness attached.
No fumbling with connectors and guessing how to plug onto switch.
Entire harness simply feeds through the switch knockout in dash.
Blue led lit rocker switch fits OEM sized Ranger knockouts (.86"x1.73" cutout)
Loud throaty automotive style horn. (This is not some wimpy scooter horn folks!)
Prewired harness makes installation a breeze.
Rocker switch harness feeds through switch cutout and into dash where the wires feed through the firewall.
Only 3 connections to make on the machine: 12v+ batt 12v+ keyed ign 12v- (ground)
Ships with a 3pin power connector prewired into the harness that is compatible with units that have the Polaris Pulse Bar. For units without this power bar, simply cut the plug off and hardwire to power terminal strip.
Automotive horn easily mounts with included bracket. Prewired harness plugs into horn.
