  • VARIETY OF SURFACES - Apply this coating to EDPM rubber roofs, polyurethane foam, APP and SBS modified bitumen, asphalt, mobile homes and RV's, concrete, wood and more. Not recommended for gravel, dead level (flat), or shingled roof surfaces.
  • MAXIMUM COVERAGE - Just one gallon of this roof coating will cover approximately 50-70 square feet per coat. We recommend two coats for best coverage. Once dry, your roof will be sealed by a rubber-like cooling membrane that prevents leaks and protects your roofing.
  • EASY APPLICATION - When applying this elastomeric roof coating, the temperature must be a minimum of 60°F and rising. Note: Do not apply when temperature is expected to drop below 60°F within a 24 hour period.
  • DRYING TIME - This reflective roof coating dries to the touch within 2-3 hours. Please wait 6-8 hours before applying the second coat. For optimal results, do not thin, freeze, or store at temperatures below 50 ºF.

ABOUT US
The JetCoat 10 Year White Reflective Roof Coating is an acrylic elastomeric roof coating designed to form a rubber-like membrane over a variety of roof surfaces. It reflects the sun's rays, resulting in a cooler home and energy cost savings. Designed for use on metal, polyurethane foam, masonry, asphalt, and wood surfaces, this cost-efficient and versatile roof coating is great for a variety of projects.

BEFORE APPLICATION
Sweep off all dirt, and debris. Remove rust, oil, grease, or other foreign material on the surface. Allow freshly applied asphalt roofs to cure a minimum of 4 weeks prior to applying this coating. Scrub roof with roof cleaner or bleach solution (1 part chlorine bleach and 3 parts water). Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.

APPLICATION
Stir pail thoroughly. Do not dilute. For best results apply White Elastomeric Roof Coating with a soft brush, 3/4” nap paint roller, or high pressure sprayer (Tip Size: .021 to .025). For optimum performance, durability and warranty purposes, apply a second coat.
