Dogs and cats suffering from problems with itchy and irritated skin have a great option for curing this problem with the Top Performance Oatmeal Dog Shampoo and Cat Shampoo. The shampoo consists of a soap-free formula that includes 2 percent colloidal oatmeal, meaning it's safe to use around the eyes of the pet. In fact, the oatmeal pet shampoo is safe for animals as young as 6 weeks old to use. The 17-ounce size works well for people to use at home for shampooing cats and dogs. Larger sizes are also available for groomers or homes with multiple pets.
